I was born and raised in the city of Lufkin, Texas. I joined the United States Marine Corps in April 2012 and I am still currently serving Active Duty. I found my love for Mopar in Feb of 2014 when I purchased my brand new 2014 Dodge Challenger R/T BlackTop edition. I would have never thought that something as simple as the car I drive could make such a difference. The Mopar community is like a huge family. I started the Unprofane Riders with the help of my Co-Founder and many other fellow Moparians who also had a huge heart for giving back to those who are less fortunate or have fallen on hard times. What started in the small military town in Jacksonville, NC has now grown into a National 501 (c)(3) Non-Profit Organization.
I am Mathew Hershner (MADD MATT), The Co-Founder of Unprofane Riders. I was born in Altamonte Springs Florida and raised in Valdosta Georgia. I joined the United States Marine Corps in December of 2011 and served 4 years before becoming a Disabled Veteran and a Web Developer. One of my biggest goals in life has always been to help others
One of my biggest goals in life has always been to help others and give back to those in need. In 2014 when I was stationed in Jacksonville NC with the United States Marine Corps I bought my first MOPAR, It was a 2014 Dodge Charger R/T. It brought more than just fun times going fast, it brought a realization that I loved MOPAR and loved the car community. This love for MOPAR brought a great idea when I started hanging out with Desmond. We both wanted to impact the community and make a positive change in the lives of others. The community giving and fun times began drawing other MOPAR enthusiast around and this led to the creation of Unprofane Riders Inc. Desmond and I founded Unprofane Riders in 2015 and the organization has been growing and making an impact across the nation ever since.
